Succotash

2 ears white corn, slice kernels off, run back of knife down cob to get the creamy juice out
1/2 pound green beans, ends trimmed, cut in to 1 inch pieces
zest and juice of 1 lemon
handful or more cherry tomatoes
lots of fresh ground pepper
couple shakes of crushed red pepper
salt
2 spoonfuls of olive oil
2 spoonfuls of bragg's cider vinegar

mix all together, let marinate in fridge, enjoy!
