Raw Corn Chips and Nacho Cheese

So as you can probably tell by now i’m not the kind of raw gal that just eats salads all week. I enjoy food and I’m actually starting to enjoy cooking.. I mean “UNcooking” and quite frankly i’ve realized to stay Raw Vegan you inevitably have to become creative. So one thing thats been missing from my raw diet is a good go-to raw salty snack.. so here’ my stab at Raw Corn chips and Nacho cheese. Of course made as easily as possible, bc well.. thats just how I try to do things.
Corn Chips
1 Bag of Organic Sweet Corn 1lb
1/3C Olive Oil
Distilled Water
1t Sea Salt
Dash of Cayenne
Put all ingredients in Food processor add water until smooth texture is attained. Pour Mixture onto Teflex Sheets and spread as thin as possible. Dehydrate for 12 hours at 105, until Crispy. Break to Chip Size peices
Nacho Cheese
1 1/2C Cashews
1/2 Red Pepper
1/8C Braggs Liquid Amino Acids
1/8C Nutritional Yeast
Optional* Dash of Cayenne* Only if you want Spicy Nacho Cheese
Blend all in Food processor until Smooth. Add Water if Necessary.
