3 zucchini peeled & shredded
2 apples peeled & chopped small or shredded
1 large avacado peeled & chopped small
Mix together... See More
Add a little lemon juice and "sauce" of your choice (I use coconut aminos, but you could use Nama Shoyu, Braggs, etc)

INGREDIENTS:

2 big bunches of kale (1 purple & 1 green)

1 bunch parsley

Chopped baby portabella mushrooms

Shaved carrots

Chopped cherry tomatoes

3 green onions

Pine nuts

Fresh lemon juice

Olive oil

Salt

Pepper

DIRECTIONS:
1. Pull the kale leaves off the steams and chop into bite size pieces.

2 ears white corn, slice kernels off, run back of knife down cob to get the creamy juice out
1/2 pound green beans, ends trimmed, cut in to 1 inch pieces
zest and juice of 1 lemon
handful or more cherry tomatoes
lots of fresh ground pepper
couple shakes of crushed red pepper
salt
2 spoonfuls of olive oil
2 spoonfuls of bragg's cider vinegar

mix all together, let marinate in fridge, enjoy!

The dressing:

* 2 cups fresh lemon juice
* 3 whole cloves of garlic
*3 tbsp minced ginger
3 tbsp of nama shoyu soy sauce
*3 heaping tbsp raw honey
* 1 and a half cups of cold press olive oil

drizzle over shredded cabbage and add raisins if desired. really good!

Garden Salad with Herbs

Salad Ingredients:

Organic Baby Romaine Lettuce
1 sliced Plum Tomato
1/2 sliced Cucumber
1 chopped Carrot
1 sliced Avocado
Raw Chopped Pecans (Optional - Sprinkle according to your liking)

Herbs:

A couple of chopped leaves Cilantro
A couple of chopped leaves Mint

Dressing:

2 Tbsp Ohsawa Organic Nama Shoyu Unpasteurized Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Organic Coldpressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 - 1/2 tsp of Ginger
1 chopped Scallion
2 sliced Olives
2 small cloves of Garlic
1 juice of a lemon

My Raw Kale and avocado recipe for my primita Vanessa! Many people are surprised when they taste my salad to learn it is Kale.
Kale is a hard leafy vegetable that is usually steamed or cooked to soften it, however, you can "cook it" in lemon/lime in order to soften it without cooking away all the fantastic nutritional benefits Kale has to offer!

Raw Kale Salad

1 head kale, shredded
Cherry tomatoes to taste ( use a whole box)
1 avocado
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Juice 2 lemons
