Hands down, this is the best raw food I have prepared to date.
Using the raw marinara that I blogged about here, and a cashew "cream", I stuffed portobellos and dehydrated them. The result was a melt in your mouth, delicious, velvety, yet savory and filling dish.
Let's talk about the cashew cream. The recipe came from an amazing blog, called Rawmazing. The recipe that follows is my adaptation:

This Corn and Broccoli Quiche turned out SO good I’m going to say its by far my favorite Recipe yet. It is time consuming, not because of the prep but the dehydration time. Trust me its SO worth it. I don’t know how but it really tastes like there is egg and cheese in this! ITs delish!
Here goes
Crust
1C Broccoli
2 C Raw Sweet Corn
1/2 C Almonds
1 C Almond Flour
1/2 C Olive Oil
Salt to taste
1/2 t Cumin

Personally I’ve found being raw much easier once I incorporated a few simple rules to my lifestyle.
