Mushroom/Sunflower Seed Pesto Dressing

olive oil
apple cider vinegar or Coconut Vinegar
lemon juice
dijon mustard
salt and pepper

Dressing:

2 Tbsp Ohsawa Organic Nama Shoyu Unpasteurized Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Organic Coldpressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 - 1/2 tsp of Ginger
1 chopped Scallion
2 sliced Olives
2 small cloves of Garlic
1 juice of a lemon
