Strawberry Cheesecake

For the crust:
100g almonds, soaked 8hours
100 g dates
pinch of salt
pinch of vanilla powder
Pulse nuts in a food processor until you get fine crumbs, then add the other ingredients and process them to a nice dough.
Lightly grease the spring form pan with coconut oil and put coconut flakes ove.
When dough is ready. firmly press crust into the bottom of prepared cake pan. Set aside.

I tweeked it a little...
it is Almonds I used about 1 and a half cups
a half cup cashews
4 heaping teaspoons of cacao powder
about 15 dates and 3 teaspoons of agave
ground up the nuts in food processor then added rest til it made a dough pushed in bottom of a glass loaf pan and popped in freezer for two hours cut it and it is like a fudge brownie combo.. It was excellent

• 2 C Raw Flaked Oats
• 1 C Raw Oat Flour (I used almond pulp that had been dehydrated)
• 1 C Apple Puree
• 1/2 C Coconut Oil
• 1/4 C Agave
• 1 T Cinnamon
• 1 C Raisins

My Favorite New Raw love is Caramel. I love this stuff, its sweet and its super easy to make not to mention Bella still really thinks this is the caramel you get from McDonalds that go with apple dippers. If Bella likes it, its good.
Raw Caramel
1 C Dates (medjool are best)
1/4 C Agave (optional)
1 Lemon
1t Coconut oil (if you don’t have it don’t worry, make it w out it will still taste good)
1 C Distilled water

These Coconut Cream Cupcakes are delicious and my favorite thing about them is that there not nut dense. I feel like every raw desert is so high in nuts, so this is a refreshing treat that’s not so heavy.
*To start get out your cupcake pan, line w wrappers or make this a coconut cream pie and grease a 9″ pan with coconut oil or shredded coconut.
Crust
1 C Shredded Coconut
