AMAZING Raw Quiche

This Corn and Broccoli Quiche turned out SO good I’m going to say its by far my favorite Recipe yet. It is time consuming, not because of the prep but the dehydration time. Trust me its SO worth it. I don’t know how but it really tastes like there is egg and cheese in this! ITs delish!
Here goes

Crust

1C Broccoli

2 C Raw Sweet Corn
1/2 C Almonds
1 C Almond Flour
1/2 C Olive Oil
Salt to taste
1/2 t Cumin

Put all ingredients in Food Processor and blend until smooth. Use more Olive oil if Necessary.

Grease Pan w olive oil
Pour into round spring form pan, or into cupcake molds. Dehydrate for 24 hours @ 105

Creamy Corn Filling

1 1/2 C Corn
1 C Broccoli
1/2 a Red Pepper
1/4 C Onion
1 C Cashews
1t Dill
1/2t Cumin
4 T Nutritional yeast
1/2 C Olive Oil
5 Sage Leaves
1 T Parsley
Celtic Sea Salt to taste

Put all ingredients in Food Processor. Blend until Creamy smooth add more Olive Oil if Necessary.

Pour into Crust and Dehydrate for another 6 hours.
